THERAPY FRAMEWORKS:

I use a trauma-informed emotionally-focused therapeutic approach because women are complex emotionally-driven beings.

By focusing how your emotions specifically impact you, we’ll be exploring new ways of processing your emotional experiences while also identifying patterns that are keeping you stuck so that we can work towards moving you forward.

Other therapy frameworks include:

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Attachment-Based Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Compassionate Inquiry

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

  • Narrative Therapy
