The Impact of Burnout

You feel lethargic, listless, unmotivated to do just about anything. You’re totally exhausted and depleted and having difficulty concentrating or putting even the simplest thoughts together. Physically, you may feel like you just ran a marathon, yet, you’re just sitting down to breakfast.

What you previous categorized as “a usual task” suddenly seems insurmountable and because you feel like life seems like an uphill battle every day, you may find yourself extremely emotional at almost anything and everything.
